The opportunity
Delaware North Australia is seeking a full-time Marketing Manager, Campaigns & Partnerships to join our Head Office team in Docklands, Melbourne.
This is a newly created role where you will join our growing marketing team and lead campaigns that drive customer engagement, revenue growth, and brand impact across diverse properties in Australia and New Zealand.
Supporting brands including Mindil Beach Casino Resort, Lizard Island Resort and Pinewood Lodge (NZ), you will partner with business leaders to create integrated campaigns that connect customers to unforgettable experiences. You'll have the opportunity to influence high-profile campaigns, develop strategic partnerships, and help shape the future of marketing across the group.

What you will do?
- Develop integrated marketing campaigns aligned to business priorities and growth objectives
- Create end-to-end campaign plans, including audience targeting, messaging, channels, timelines, and budgets
- Build strategic partnerships and co-marketing initiatives that expand audience reach and engagement
- Collaborate with stakeholders across brands and business units to align priorities and maximise campaign effectiveness
- Analyse campaign performance, uncover insights, and continuously optimise activity to improve ROI
- Establish best-practice campaign frameworks, tools, and processes that can be scaled across the business
More about you
- Significant experience leading integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns from concept through to delivery ideally within hospitality, tourism, entertainment, retail or other customer-led industries
- A track record of achieving measurable commercial outcomes through effective campaign strategy and execution
- Strong experience building strategic partnerships, sponsorships or co-marketing initiatives
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence across multiple teams and business units
- A highly commercial mindset with a deep understanding of customer acquisition, revenue growth and return on investment
- Strong analytical capability, using data and insights to optimise performance and improve outcomes
- Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business or a related field
