The Job
For our first ever-signed restaurant MOMO Amsterdam, we are looking for an amazing, hands-on, passionate Demi Chef. The MOMO “family” is always striving for perfection; sparing no effort to obtain the very best products the world has to offer. From the decorations on the walls to the array of beautiful ingredients with each their own particular palate.

MOMO’s executive chef who is also the culinary mastermind of all concepts of The Entourage Group, created the menu of subtle Asian flavours with the sophistication of Western cuisine. Highly creative dishes honour ingredients. Flavour and textures work together in the most vibrant and light recipes. Among them are MOMO’s signature dishes like the black cod with spicy miso, and the MOMO roll with tuna, salmon, sea bass, avocado and tarragon miso.

We are seeking for a Demi Chef, who will be dedicated, passionate and highly motivated to keep the MOMO brand on the international fine dining map. Furthermore, our ideal candidate will employ its culinary and managerial skills in order to play a critical role in maintaining and enhancing our guests “wow” factor and satisfaction.

Requirements

Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar high-end restaurant as a Demi Chef de Partie

• Flexibility to work during evenings, weekends and public holidays

• A keen interest in working for a high-end restaurant

• Excellent communication skills

• Ability to learn quickly in fast-paced, high volume environment

• Located in or near Amsterdam

• Ability to multitask and work under pressure

• Great team player

• To ensure that any anticipated shortages are communicated promptly to the Senior Chefs
