Online Cruise Booking Advisor

Position Overview

We are seeking service-oriented and detail-focused individuals to join our team as an Online Cruise Booking Agent. This role focuses on assisting clients with researching cruise options, coordinating reservations, and ensuring a smooth booking experience from start to finish.

This is an entry-level opportunity within the travel industry. No prior cruise or travel experience is required. Structured onboarding and training are provided.

Assist clients with researching cruise itineraries, destinations, and cabin options

Coordinate and confirm cruise reservations, including travel dates and guest details

Respond to client inquiries regarding cruise lines, onboard experiences, and requirements

Review booking details for accuracy and completeness

Maintain organized records of client reservations and communications

Provide support before and after travel to ensure a positive experience

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail
• Comfortable navigating online booking systems and digital tools
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Customer service, hospitality, or administrative experience is helpful but not required
