About the role

12 Month Fixed Term Contract | Melbourne Based | Hybrid Office

As part of the E&I Enablement Operations team, you will play a key role in delivering electrification products to AGL customers—including solar, battery, EV charging, energy plans, and home energy solutions.

You will manage the end-to-end customer journey for managed installations, from sale through to invoicing. This includes coordinating installer partners, overseeing site inspections and grid connection processes, scheduling installation activities, and ensuring all documentation and invoicing requirements are completed accurately and on time.

Working closely with internal teams and external partners, you will ensure installations are delivered as planned, maintain strong service levels, and support smooth operational delivery. You will also contribute to supply chain coordination to align stock with deployment plans and provide regular reporting on performance, timelines, and operational outcomes to stakeholders.

What you’ll be doing:

• Own the end-to-end delivery of Solar and Battery installations, ensuring a seamless customer journey from sale to invoicing

• Manage and strengthen partner relationships, driving performance against SLAs

• Collaborate with Sales and Customer Service to optimise customer outcomes

• Deliver clear, actionable operational reporting on performance and progress

• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency

About you:

• Proven experience in the renewable energy sector.

• Demonstrated ability to deliver projects/programs to deadlines in a fast-paced environment

• Confident using digital tools, apps, and cloud-based scheduling systems

• Strong attention to detail with experience managing documentation and compliance requirements

• Experience coordinating schedules and managing multiple workflows simultaneously
