Part-Time Client Host/Membership Sales

THE GIG:

We're looking for a confident, persuasive individual who is ready to CHANGE LIVES through sales of our inclusive, fun, stress-free dance class memberships! You'll be connecting with our clients at our classes to hear about their experience, learn more about their reasons for coming and why DivaDance could help them reach their goals, and then present ways our membership options may fit them best! You'll also be onboarding new members and making sure they are maximizing their membership, as well as posting to our social media accounts during our classes while observing the class experience!

The perfect person in this role thrives on forming meaningful rapport with everyone you meet! You're fun, energetic, values-driven, accountable, obsessed with excellence AND you want to make a difference in people's lives. Most importantly, you are persuasive, articulate, and confident. We prefer someone with customer service and/or sales experience.

HOURS & LOCATION:

We are looking for you to host 2-3 classes per week - in the evenings and on weekends. DivaDance brings our classes into existing facilities. You can expect to work in studio in Chicago's Bronzeville/Hyde Park and South Loop neighborhoods and should have reliable transportation to get there for classes! Requirements also include a reliable tablet/phone, and/or computer. Applicants must be eligible to work in the US. Compensation is $15-20 per class + 'bonus' per membership sold + free Unlimited Membership for staff!
