We are looking for an enthusiastic, tech-savvy, and detail-oriented Partner Trainee fluent in Italian to join our team in Spain. If you want to kickstart your career in the tech/SaaS industry and learn how a global partnership ecosystem works, this is your place!
Forget making coffee or printing PDFs. As our Partner Trainee, you’ll sit in the driver’s seat of our expansion in Southern Europe. You’ll learn how a global SaaS company actually operates, solve real business challenges, and become the go-to contact for our partners.

🎯 What you’ll actually do (Your Impact):

• Onboarding Support: Assist in the technical and operational onboarding of new partners (POS systems, delivery apps) in the Italian market.

• Account Maintenance: Help monitor partner performance, troubleshoot basic integration issues, and ensure data accuracy in our systems.

• Communication Link: Act as a day-to-day point of contact for Italian-speaking partners, answering queries and routing complex issues to the right internal teams.

• Data & CRM Management: Keep our CRM (Salesforce/HubSpot) and internal databases up to date with partner information, contracts, and interaction logs.

• Market Insights: Help research and map the local restaurant-tech ecosystem in Italy to identify new partnership opportunities.

🔥 Who you are (Your Superpowers):

Fluent Italian Speaker: Native or bilingual fluency in Italian is non-negotiable. Strong professional English (and/or Spanish) is key, as we are a truly global team.

Tech-Curious: You don't need to write code! You just need a healthy curiosity about how modern software works and zero fear of learning new digital tools.

Fast Learner & Doer: You have a "get things done" attitude, strong organization skills, and love solving puzzles.

Background: Currently studying or recently graduated in Business, Hospitality, International Trade, IT, or a related field.

Passion for Tech & Food: A genuine interest in startups, food-tech, or the restaurant industry is a massive plus!
