PENSION ACCOUNTS OFFICER



RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Prepare accurate monthly pension contribution schedules for all employees across the group.
  • Ensure all statutory deductions and employer contributions are correctly calculated.
  • Liaise with finance and HR teams across all group entities to:
  • Ensure timely submission of pension data.
  • Confirm accuracy and completeness of employee contributions.
  • Follow up on outstanding schedules, discrepancies, and delays.
  • Ensure pension payments are processed accurately and on time.
  • Verify payments against contribution schedules prior to submission.
  • Monitor and report on any delays, variances, or non-compliance.
  • Prepare monthly financial statements relating to pension accounts, including:
  • Contribution income
  • Payables/receivables
  • Investment or fund movements
  • Prepare annual financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards.
  • Maintain proper schedules and supporting documentation for audit.
  • Perform monthly reconciliations of:
  • Pension contributions
  • Bank accounts
  • Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all pension transactions.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • CAT Qualified
  • Pursuing Studies at an ACCA Level
  • 2 To 3 Years Experience in the Finance Field.
