1. PeopleSoft
2. XML Publisher, SQR & PS Query)
3. Peoplesoft EPM Products for Peoplesoft Fin/ESA Applications for releases 8.3 , 8.8SP2 , 8.9 , 9.0 and 9.1 Releases
4. DB2/Oracle
5. Understanding and Customizing complex SQL Queries
6. Sound Knowledge in DB2 Databases.
7. Review processes and documentation
8. Query Building techniques
9. Complete SDLC Exposure and Experience (Excellent in Change/ Release Management)
10. Excellent Troubleshooting skills and Communication Skills
11. Customer Management Skills
12. Leadership Skills

Nice to Have:

1. Portal Technologies
2. PeopleSoft Security
3. Performance Tuning, Logging defects in QC, are added advantage.
4. Finance/Banking domain knowledge is an added advantage.
5. Data warehousing ETL(Datastage , Informatica) and BI/Reporting (Hyperion ESSBASE , OBIEE , Microstrategy , Business Objects )
6. HYPERION ESSBASE application design and development, focusing on ASO and BSO combination
