• Scripting – Shell, Perl, Python, Ruby

• Oracle – Working knowledge of SQL, troubleshooting, tuning and replication(Mviews, GoldenGate)

• Automation – Hudson, Jenkins, Go, Puppet

• Web Services Admin – Apache, Tomcat, Jboss, Websphere

• Virtualization – Citrix, VMware

Technical Skills preferred

• webMethods (SAG BPM) - Administration capabilities

• IBM MQ

• Java development

• Jira & Remedy experience

• MIS Reporting

Key Responsibilities

• Application and System Level Administration and Support

• Automate existing manual and inefficient processes and technologies

• Trouble shooting escalated production incident tickets

• 2nd Level Support & Incident resolution/ co-ordination with the Dev Teams

• Engagement / Interface to Central IT services

• Technical Infrastructure Support for – Pre-Production and Production Environments
