Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide solutions and recommendations to business queries.
2. To ensure support procedures are in place and adhere to Group Security & Audit policies
3. Proactively monitor and health check applications under management to ensure 100% availability and stability of the systems.
4. Understand any new business requirements and provide technical input and guidance adhering to best practices.
