As a leader, you will set a high bar for craft and rigor and help grow lifecycle as a discipline across Behaviour.

- 7 to 10 years of experience leading CRM or lifecycle marketing, ideally within live service games, tech, or adjacent digital entertainment industries.
- Solid grasp of player data, segmentation, lifecycle modeling, and attribution.
- Comfort partnering with technical teams and influencing platform and tooling decisions.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into clear actions.
- Excellent communicator and collaborator, able to work across disciplines and studios.
- Experience in the gaming industry is strongly preferred. Live service experience is a plus.
- Proficiency in evaluating and implementing new CRM and engagement tools.
