About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Patient Support & Prescription Order Coordinator to handle patient communications and manage prescription order processing for a growing U.S. healthcare organization. In this role, you will work closely with patients and compounding pharmacies to ensure smooth, accurate, and timely order fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities

• Submit and track prescription orders to compounding pharmacies using LifeFile.
  
• Review patient details and prescription data to ensure 100% accuracy before submission.
  
• Communicate professionally with patients via phone, email, or chat regarding order statuses, updates, and administrative questions.
  
• Follow up directly with pharmacies to resolve missing information, delays, or order clarifications.
  
• Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to all HIPAA guidelines while updating patient records.
  
• Collaborate with internal healthcare staff and learn the organization's proprietary platform.
  

Qualifications

• Must-Have: Hands-on experience submitting orders to compounding pharmacies via LifeFile (candidates with closely related compounding pharmacy order-processing experience may be considered).
  
• Direct experience working within the U.S. healthcare system and workflows.
  
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills (Bilingual English/Spanish is a big plus!).
  
• Strong working knowledge of HIPAA compliance and medical data privacy.
  
• High attention to detail, strong computer literacy, and a reliable remote work setup (stable internet, computer, quiet workspace).
