Job Description

We are hiring for a highly experienced Principal Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer to join a leading technology-driven organization delivering enterprise-scale digital transformation solutions.

This role is ideal for a senior technical professional with deep hands-on development expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and ** Power Platform **, with the ability to lead technical initiatives, support architecture decisions, and mentor development teams across complex CRM environments.

The ideal candidate should be strongly developer-focused rather than functional/operational, with extensive experience across both on-premises and ** cloud-based** Microsoft ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
• Lead technical implementation activities across enterprise CRM projects.
• Develop and maintain custom plugins, workflows, integrations, and APIs.
• Build scalable solutions using Power Platform technologies.
• Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Support system architecture, performance optimization, and technical governance.
• Mentor technical teams and provide leadership across CRM development activities.
• Ensure best practices for security, scalability, and maintainability.

Required Qualifications

• 11+ years of experience in software development and CRM technologies.
• Strong hands-on development experience with:

*    Microsoft Dynamics 365 

*    Power Apps 
*    Power Platform 
*    CRM Customization & Integrations 

• Experience across both:

*    On-Premises environments 

*    Cloud environments 

• Strong experience with:

*    C# 

*    .NET Framework / .NET Core 
*    JavaScript / TypeScript 
*    REST APIs & Integrations 
*    Azure Services 

• Excellent English communication skills (Advanced Level).
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
