About the role
The Principal Solutions Architect (Presales) will be a critical point of business development and delivery efforts by designing technical solutions that align with client business requirements. This role works closely with sales, engineering, and delivery teams throughout the pre-sales and early project phases.
The position requires a strong technical foundation, practical solution design experience, and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
In this role, you will:
- Support sales and account teams during pre-sales activities
- Translate business requirements into high-level technical solutions
- Lead solution scoping, effort estimation, and technical discovery sessions
- Prepare technical input for proposals, statements of work, and presentations
- Develop proof of concepts or prototypes where required
- Coordinate with engineering and product teams to validate feasibility and scope
- Participate in technical and commercial discussions with client stakeholders
- Provide technical guidance throughout the early stages of project engagement
You’ll be a great fit if you have:
- Minimum 8 years’ experience in Solution Architecture, Pre-sales, or Technical Consulting and prior hands-on experience in software development is a must
- Strong understanding of modern software architectures and delivery models
- Experience supporting sales cycles and client-facing engagements
- Ability to strongly communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders / Be comfortable working with senior business and technical stakeholders
- Strong commercial awareness, including estimation and engagement models
- Fluency in English and Thai
