Product Manager - AI Agents (Healthcare)

About us:

100ms is building AI agents that automate complex patient access workflows in U.S. healthcare - from insurance verification and treatment-approval workflows to post-treatment care - the paperwork-heavy processes that delay patients from starting care.

We help care teams reduce delays and administrative burden so that patients can start treatment faster. Our automation platform combines deep healthcare knowledge with LLM-based agents and robust ops infrastructure. You’ll be joining a specialised team at 100ms focused on healthcare automation using AI.

As a product manager, you will work with the founders, engineering, design and product marketing teams and lead strategy, roadmap and execution of key product lines at 100ms.

1. Create product roadmap and execute on product strategy for 100ms

2. Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth.

3. Create buy-in for the product vision both internally and with key external partners.

4. Develop product pricing and positioning strategies

5. Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes.

6. Scope and prioritise activities based on business and customer impact.

7. Work closely with engineering teams to deliver with quick time-to-market and optimal resources.

8. Drive product launches, including working with product marketing and partnerships

9. Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding

10. Represent the company by visiting customers to solicit feedback on company products and services.

11. Define metrics to measure the health and success of the product

1. 3+ years of experience in a Product role

2. Built products by collaborating across engineering, analytics, marketing, design and other key stakeholders

3. Strong written and verbal communication skills with a precise talent for articulating customer challenges

4. Strong empathy for end users — the ability to deeply understand customer workflows and pain points

5. Clarity of thought and ability to turn incomplete, conflicting, or ambiguous inputs into solid action plans

6. A whatever-it-takes approach to ensure that your product and team are successful

1. Worked on AI/LLM products or B2B SaaS

2. Prior experience as a software developer/engineering manager/architect

3. A computer science or engineering background
