BESTANK Manufacturing Corporation started over 30 years ago with a handful of employees. The backbone of the company was built on fair trade and equality, building on the precepts of PURITY, QUALITY & TRUST into every aspect of our operations.

- Conduct quality inspections on raw materials ensuring conformance to the standards and specifications set by the company

- Conduct in process monitoring /inspections at start up, designated time interval and at the end run / end of shift

- Conduct quality inspection on all possible production related defects of all tanks right after fusing / cooking. Ensuring that found "off standard outputs" is directly advice to the operations personnel to adjust necessary parameters to adjust necessary parameters thus preventing the succeeding product to have the same defects.

-provide necessary and timely feedback on no conformities found based on the monitoring system.forms. To assist the operations personnel in root cause analysis and corrective actions to be taken.

Provide traceable information of all task( PE, SS and PT) indicating the production related defects e.g. handling, warehousing etc.

-Ensure that all for trasnfer tanks conform to the standatds and specifications set by the company.

- Ensure the traceability of the product, in cases of complaints and or return items

-Conduct product testing trials and studies on matter affecting product quality. These includes but not limited to product handling, sampling methos, inspection and testing Methods.

Qualifications

Essential:

Colllege graduate preferably on Egnieering or Equivalent

ISO training an advantage

Above average mathematical skils. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentage, ratios and proportions

Above average reasoning skills. Solve practical problems and deal with variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exixts.

Interpret instruction furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form

Must have above average computer skills

Desirable:

Advantage if have experience in plastic and similar industries
