Program Administrator

• Reviewing order details such as shipping information or payment details to ensure accuracy

• Contact customers directly to resolve any issues related to their orders

• Processing orders by updating inventory levels and pricing to ensure that they are accurate

• Monitoring order status to ensure that it is progressing as expected

• Updating customer records with order details such as shipping details and tracking numbers

• Addressing customer concerns regarding shipping delays or damaged goods

• Processing returns or exchanges based on customer requests or company policies

• Communicating with customers regarding order status updates.

Requirements

• Experience in electronics manufacturing.

• Bachelor degree in Electronics Engineering and Administrative field.

• Good command of spoken and written English.

• Good knowledge of computer skills.

• Systematic problem solving and decision making

• Critical Thinking Skills

• Mature with pleasant personality, work well under pressure
