About The Team

You’ll be joining the JINGDONG Logistics team, which values collaboration, ownership, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

1. Own functional Reverse logistics program in Europe which includes customer return parcels and reverse shipping

2. Responsible for defining standards, processes and frameworks to improve customer experience in partnership with various stakeholders incl. procurement, country operations and OOH team (eg. lead times for reverse logistics per carrier, customer experience for after sales home collection)

3. Coordinate setup of new after sales carriers to monitor and drive performance (eg. on time pick-up, lead time for reverse shipping, etc.). We plan to launch minimum 3 3PL carriers in 2026.
