FMC is searching for talented, self-motivated professionals to work in a free-thinking culture creating the next gen premium entry EVs with the highest autonomous technologies at our Santa Clara, CA facility.

1. Coordination of all deliverables in the following functional area:
   

• Vehicle E/E systems and architecture
• Electrical Distribution systems and electronic modules
• Cloud services
• Connectivity systems

1. Coordination of vehicle milestones
   
2. Identification of issues and coordination of gap closure plans
3. Communication and escalation to vice president for transparent visibility
4. Coordination of activities across vehicle functional areas
5. Lead budget coordination for functional area
6. Strategic planning
7. Supplier management/coordination
8. Risk management and all FMC relevant impacts (incl. fall back solutions)
9. Manage own division belongings in order to archive all targets (budget, recruiting,organisation, international synchronisation, cost targets, timeline, deliverables, … )

Qualifications

1. Industry background: · Automotive E/E systems and architecture, suppliers, technology, innovation
2. Knowledge and skills: · Program management expertise, business planning, budget, strong management skills
3. Education / Training: · Master, PhD, Dipl.-Ing., or comparable
4. Competencies: · Tracking/gap closure planning, technical understanding, find alternative solutions, self-organization & motivation
