We’re seeking a detail-oriented, customer-focused Program Support Associate who is fluent in Lithuanian with strong English communication skills to join our team. In this role, you’ll deliver high-quality support to both internal and external customers, handling inquiries across multiple channels while driving efficient resolutions and long-term satisfaction. Fluent in Lithuanian (any additional European languages a plus) and have good written and oral English language skills.
Duties and Responsibilities
oDisplay high productivity, program knowledge, expertise, sound decision-making, and proven ability to function autonomously.
oProvide primary support and solutions for customer inquiries through phone and email communications for internal and external customers.
oProvides complete resolution to customer inquiries and provides appropriate solutions for long-term customer satisfaction
oDelivers engaging customer interactions through various communication channels.
oEscalates involved or complex situations quickly and accurately to other team members, departments, or leadership
oSolid understanding of one or more programs based on team alignment.
oProactively identify process enhancements that will improve department results and efficiencies.
oFunction as a change leader by embracing change
oFlexible with tasks and hours to meet the department's and customers' needs.
oSupports TreviPay policies/procedures.
oPerform other duties as assigned by leadership.
Qualifications
oFluent in Lithuanian and have good written and oral English language skills.
oAbility to meet deadlines and adhere to SOP Policies
oProven ability to assess, prioritize, and balance daily workload while using personal judgment with sound decision-making skills
oGood written and verbal communication skills
oPositive attendance, dependability, and reliability
oProficient knowledge of Windows applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
oProficient use of Saleforce/ Service Cloud
oAttention to detail
