Ihre Aufgaben

• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets
• Coordinate project resources and team activities
• Monitor project progress and report status to stakeholders
• Identify, assess, and manage risks and issues
• Ensure deliverables meet quality and business requirements
• Facilitate meetings and communication among project participants
• Manage project documentation and governance processes
• Track project costs and ensure budget compliance
• Support change management and continuous improvement initiatives

Ihr Profil

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or a related field
• Proven experience in project management and experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, or similar (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is an advantage)
• Strong leadership and communication skills as well as excellent organizational, problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Collaborative spirit — bridges software engineering, product management and project IT
• Conflict resolution and negotiation as well as time management and prioritization
• Fluent German, English and French (written and spoken)
