DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES.

• Raw Peanuts Sorting Area
• Monitor Sorters segregation of quality nuts from:wrinkled/off size/”bulok”/foreign matter: stones/thread/rubber
• Percentage & quantity of rejected nuts
• Roasting Area
• Monitor Roasting Settings and Roasted Peanut Output: Temperature/Time/%MC /Appearance/taste/Texture
• Verification & Summarize Quality of Roasted Peanut
• Roasted Peanuts Sorting Area
• Monitor Sorters segregation of quality nuts from:Peanut heart/powder/unblanched/”bulok”
• Roasted Peanuts Weighing Area
• To check quantity requirement for mixing area
• Quality check of roasted peanuts for process.
• BO Area
• Supervise and monitor BO Checker from evaluation of daily BO returns
• Summarize monthly BO returns thru BO Returns template.
• Fresh graduate are also welcome to apply
