Role & Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted property advisor, providing market insight and guidance to clients.
- Manage a portfolio of residential properties, keeping vendors regularly updated throughout the sales process.
- Negotiate property sales, manage buyer interest and bids, and deliver excellent customer service.
- Build strong relationships with vendors and buyers through proactive communication and follow-through.
- Manage buyer enquiries, viewings, qualification and property matching using RPS.
- Support management with growing the business and winning new instructions.
- Maintain accurate records and use company systems effectively.
- Ensure all work is completed to a high professional standard and reflects the brand positively.
- Comply with all relevant legislation and regulatory requirements, including PSRA, AML, BER and Data Protection obligations.
Requirements
- PSRA licence
- Full driving licence and access to a car
- Strong customer service and communication skills
