Restaurant Manager required for a business in Birmingham working at an extremely high standard with classic British and French fine dining. We are looking for an engaging and personable Restaurant Manager with an understanding of formal dining, an ability to drive a business forwards and a passion for excellent food and drinks.

Person Required

• Must be personable, confident and attentive, able to fulfil the role of an excellent maitre D’ during service, remembering return custom
• Must show a genuine passion for their work and encourage this from the rest of their team, must have an ability to train and support
• Must have a great knowledge of food, wine and service
• Must show an ability to ensure and drive the profitability of a restaurant

Package & Benefits

• Salary up to £35k dependent on skill and experience shown
