Your responsibilities will include:

• Being responsible for monitoring service and/or product standards, in order to maintain the quality and profitability of the Restaurant.
• Ensuring the Restaurant is always organised to meet business demands, with particular attention being given to stock control and payroll.
• Ensuring that all food and beverage controls and systems in place are followed at all times.
• Building an internal and external network, whilst keeping up to date with current trends and the local marketplace.
• Promoting a positive attitude and displaying the ability to ‘make things happen’.
