Job Summary
The Retail.com Manager/Senior Manager is responsible for leading Sulwhasoo's digital commerce strategy across key retail partners, driving profitable growth through best-in-class digital merchandising, retailer media, and online consumer experiences. This role owns the execution and optimization of retailer.com businesses, ensuring products are effectively represented across digital shelves while maximizing visibility, conversion, and sales performance.
Working cross-functionally with Retail Marketing, Sales, Planning, Brand Marketing, Creative, Media, and Global Headquarters, this position develops and executes digital commerce initiatives, leverages business insights to identify growth opportunities, and partners with retailers to continuously improve the online customer experience. The role serves as the digital commerce expert within the organization, balancing strategic planning with operational execution to achieve business objectives.
Accountabilities
- Own the digital commerce strategy and execution across retailer.com channels, including Sephora, Amazon, Department Stores, and future retail partners.
- Develop and execute retailer media strategies and manage retailer media budgets to maximize traffic, conversion, ROAS, and overall business performance.
- Lead digital merchandising, including product detail pages, A+ content, imagery, videos, search optimization, assortment, and site merchandising.
- Analyze business performance, consumer behavior, search trends, and competitive activity to identify growth opportunities and recommend actionable strategies.
- Partner with Retail Marketing leads to support product launches, promotional campaigns, and seasonal initiatives across retailer.com channels.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Planning, Brand Marketing, Creative, Education, Media, and Global Headquarters to execute digital commerce initiatives.
- Manage retailer relationships related to digital content, merchandising, retailer media, and platform enhancements.
- Monitor and report on key digital commerce KPIs, providing strategic recommendations to optimize business performance.
- Continuously improve Sulwhasoo's digital shelf presence, search visibility, and online consumer experience through data-driven optimization.
- Ensure timely execution of all digital assets, product launches, promotional updates, and retailer deliverables.
- Drive sampling strategy at retailers in collaboration with channel leads and sales team.
Qualification and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field required; Master's degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in Digital Commerce, eCommerce, Retail Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Omnichannel Marketing.
- Experience managing retailer.com businesses, digital merchandising, and retailer media.
- Prestige beauty, luxury, skincare, or consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry experience preferred.
- Proven experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Planning, Creative, Brand Marketing, and external retail partners.
Skills Sets:

- Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Experience managing retailer media programs and optimizing digital marketing performance.
