•Retrieve medical record files from storage shelves and distribute them to departments that require them

•Take medical record files and rearrange the files according to predetermined rules or standards

•Align and organize examination results into each patient file as well save the medical record file back to the storage shelf

•Control medical record storage shelves

•Implement procedures and practices for quality and safety services, including attending training, collecting data, documenting and/or making reports needed to support the achievement of hospital wide indicators and related department/unit targets

 

 

 

 

 

Qualifications

•Minimum Bachelor of any major
