Principales responsabilités

Reporting to the Sales Shared Services Supervisor, the primary responsibility for the position is to provide administrative & sales support to the Regional Customer Development team while working within a shared services team. This position collaborates cross functionally with the account, field sales, brand, supply chain, warehouse & customer service. The position supports both the warehouse and DSD route to markets. This regional position is actively involved in building positive retailer and supplier relationships while actively participating in improving sales efficiencies, timeliness, accuracy and processes. Fonctions essentielles

• Support and participate in food safety programs including SQF (Safe Quality Food).
• Manage internal promotional tracking portal including attachment of all financial and inventory requirements.
• Manage all Account Specific portals with a particular focus on Retail Link for Walmart.
• Work with Retail Development Team to ensure all Territory Associates are informed of all store level initiatives.
• Prepare and/or assist in preparation of Sales Presentations and Sell Sheets for Team Lead.
• Maintain all internal documents and file folders.
• Assist in promotional analysis, ROI calculations and forecasting.
• Organize all required samples.
• Support Team lead in presentations to customers.
• Back up support of daily Purchase Orders when Supply Chain Coordinator as required.
• Maintain safe work practices and safeguards all confidential company information.
• A desire to advance your career within sales.
• Aid with product launches at new and growing accounts.

Exigences minimales, qualifications, compétences supplémentaires, aptitudes

• University degree in business, marketing, or equivalent and 1 year of working experience in a CPG environment is preferred.
• Must be able to read, write, speak and comprehend English.
• Must be proficient in MS Office - Word, Excel and Power Point; focus on intermediate Excel skills.
• High energy level, comfortable and ability to establish creditability and be decisive but be able to recognize and support the organization’s preferences and priorities.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills. Must be tactful, mature and flexible with good reasoning abilities and sound judgment.
• Excellent planning skills, with attention to detail so that workflow is managed efficiently and able to work independently of direct supervision.

The base compensation range for this role is $55,000 CAD - $72,000 CAD. Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual’s knowledge, skills and experience with consideration given to internal equity. Base pay is one part of a comprehensive Total Reward program which also includes flexible and supportive benefits and other wellbeing programs. This role may also be eligible for an Annual Bonus based on a combination of enterprise and individual performance.
