About the Role

We're looking for a driven, personable Sales Appointment Setter to join our payment processing team. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for potential clients—educating them on our debit and credit card solutions and scheduling qualified appointments for our closing team. If you're a natural communicator who thrives on the phone and loves hitting targets, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Refine and execute outbound sales strategies to generate quality leads
• Make proactive cold calls to educate prospects on payment processing solutions
• Set a consistent daily volume of appointments to enable closers to hit 5–10 deals per week
• Build genuine rapport and maintain strong relationships with new clients
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through to close (with handoff support)
• Partner with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and satisfaction

Requirements

• 2 years of sales experience with proven cold calling ability
• Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
• Excellent phone presence and ability to quickly build trust with prospects
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Must be available to work 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM PST
• Native-level English fluency
• Nice to have: Previous experience in a call center sales environment.
