Human Factor is seeking, on behalf of a client, an established Greek organization specializing in workforce development, recruitment, employability, and corporate training services, a Sales Director.
About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for building and leading the organization’s commercial function, developing strategic relationships with employers, and driving revenue growth across recruitment and talent services, corporate training, and new workforce solutions.
This is a newly created, high-visibility role reporting directly to the General Manager/CEO. The Sales Director will serve as the organization’s primary commercial representative toward HR, procurement, and business leaders, while establishing the sales strategy, processes, and team structure required to support the organization’s growth.
The role also offers the opportunity to contribute to the development and commercialization of a proprietary AI-powered talent matching platform, as well as explore a new labor migration staffing service supporting sectors facing workforce shortages.
Key Responsibilities
•Recruitment and talent services: grow paid recruitment and staffing engagements with employers, and drive commercial adoption of the talent matching platform.
•Corporate training: develop and sell tailored upskilling and reskilling programs to employers in partnership with the internal training academy.
•New service development: explore and build a new labor migration staffing service for sectors facing workforce shortages, such as agriculture, construction and tourism, working closely with legal counsel on the relevant regulatory framework.
•Sales pipeline: own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to negotiation and closing, using CRM tools to track performance.
•Team building: design and grow a business development and account management team.
•Reporting: provide regular pipeline and revenue reporting to the CEO and contribute to annual commercial planning.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field
7–12 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or commercial leadership
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding revenue targets, supported by measurable results
Previous experience in staffing, recruitment, HR services, corporate training, or a related industry will be considered a strong advantage
Demonstrated ability to build and lead a sales function and team from the ground up
Strong commercial, negotiation, business development, and account management skills
Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills at senior level
Fluent in Greek and English
