What You’ll Do

  • Drive customer acquisition for savings and loan products
  • Build and manage strong client relationships within your assigned location
  • Meet and exceed agreed sales and portfolio growth targets
  • Identify quality lending opportunities and support credit processes
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with bank policies

Requirements

Who We’re Looking For

  • Self-motivated, target-driven individuals with strong selling skills
  • Good character, integrity, and professional conduct
  • Strong communication and relationship management ability
  • Prior experience in sales, microfinance, banking, or FMCG is an advantage
  • Must reside within Surulere, Mushin, Yaba, Ebute Metta, Orile, Shomolu, Lagos Island, Ogba and Ikeja environs
  • BSc / HND in any qualification
