Sales Specialist

We’re growing — and we’re looking for a Sales Specialist who knows how to turn opportunities into results.

As a UK-based cleaning company specialising in Residential End of Tenancy cleaning, we receive customer enquiries every day. We need someone who can take those leads, have great conversations and close the sale.

The Role

You’ll take ownership of warm sales opportunities, understand customer requirements and confidently guide prospects towards booking.

Key Responsibilities

• Convert warm leads into bookings

• Build strong customer relationships

• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate services

• Follow up and close outstanding opportunities

• Manage leads and customer information in the CRM

• Handle customer questions and objections

• Consistently achieve and exceed targets

• Negotiable basic salary + uncapped commission

• OTE R25,000+ per month

Requirements

1. Minimum 2 years’ experience in direct sales, telesales, or business development

2. Excellent written and verbal English

3. Able to work independently

4. Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills

5. Resilient and confident handling rejection

6. Proven phone-based sales success

7. Target-driven with a strong performance record

8. Confident using Word, Excel and Outlook

9. Experienced with CRM systems

10. Strong negotiation and issue-resolution abilities

11. Own reliable laptop or desktop
