Sales Team Leader

We're hiring a Sales Team Leader

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the sales team to achieve weekly, monthly, and annual targets
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies and action plans
• Generate leads and build strong client relationships
• Monitor team performance and provide coaching and guidance
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demos
• Handle objections professionally and close high-value deals
• Prepare accurate reports, proposals, and sales forecasts
• Ensure exceptional client experience and identify new business opportunities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Sales Team Leader (Real Estate preferred)
• Background in Real Estate or Banking is a must
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
• Fluent in English (spoken & written)
• Must own a car
