SAP PP Inhouse Consultant (f/m/d)

Responsibilities:

• SAP PP: Manage SAP PP from initial requirements gathering through solution design and configuration to implementation and ongoing support.
• Process improvement: Work with business teams, process owners and key users to improve production and planning processes and implement new workflows in SAP.
• Collaboration: Work with colleagues responsible for other SAP modules to develop integrated solutions across business functions.
• International rollouts: Support SAP rollouts at additional sites by analysing plant requirements, assessing their fit with the existing SAP standard and supporting implementation through to go-live.
• Support: Investigate and resolve issues as part of second- and third-level support, helping users work reliably with the system.
• Training: Train key users and end users, helping them adopt new processes and system features in their day-to-day work.

Qualifications:

• Qualifications: You hold a degree in business informatics, computer science, business administration or a related field, or have completed comparable vocational training. Relevant practical experience is equally welcome.
• SAP PP experience: You bring several years of SAP PP experience and have independently configured the system, either in an inhouse role or in external consulting.
• Project experience: You have actively contributed to SAP implementations or rollouts, translating business requirements into practical system solutions.
• Process knowledge: You understand production and planning processes and enjoy learning about different manufacturing methods.
• Working style: You work independently, investigate problems systematically and develop practical solutions. You collaborate readily with colleagues and users and explain complex topics clearly.
• Languages: You have very good written and spoken German and English skills and communicate confidently with colleagues and users across international sites.
• Travel: You are willing to travel internationally for projects, accounting for approximately 20% of your working time.
