Minimum 1-hour visits mean no rushing — just safe, person-centred care and genuine companionship.

Provide practical support and companionship, including:

• Companionship and emotional reassurance

• Personal care and daily routines

• Medication prompts/support (where required)

• Mobility support and short outings

• Meal preparation and light household tasks

Qualifications

No Experience Needed — Full Training Provided

You’ll receive structured induction and ongoing support, with development options including:

• Accredited Dementia Care training (optional pathway)

• Accredited End of Life Care training (optional pathway)

• Funded Health & Social Care qualifications

• Shadowing and continuous skills development

• Clear progression opportunities with a supportive office team

Additional Information

• £12.60 – £13.60 per hour (higher rates with completed NVQ levels)

• Paid travel and wait time

• 35p per mile mileage
