Senior Accounting Specialist

For a leading international pharmaceutical company: Senior Accounting Specialist

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting transactions, including supplier invoices, bank entries and reconciliations.
• Manage customer and supplier accounts, master data and invoicing processes.
• Process customer orders and maintain accurate accounting records in the ERP system.
• Prepare customer and supplier reports and support month-end closing activities.
• Ensure accuracy, completeness and compliance of accounting records and follow up on discrepancies.
• Support the Finance team with ongoing accounting and administrative activities.

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field.
• 4–6 years of accounting experience.
• Eligibility for Class A’ signing authority in Greece.
• Very good Greek & English.
• Good knowledge of Greek accounting and tax.
• Experience with Excel and ERP systems; NAVISION is a plus.
