Senior Business Analyst Onsite in KSA - Octopus by RTG

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join one of our Clients. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a key role in driving business solutions by collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, optimize processes, and ensure alignment with business objectives. You will support and ensure the successful completion of analysis, development, testing, and deployment tasks for our software product's features.

• Lead and facilitate business requirements gathering within assigned project(s) using interviews, workshops, document analysis, and other relevant techniques.
• Operate as the primary Business Analyst within client-facing engagements, managing stakeholder expectations and driving alignment across business and technical teams.
• Translate business needs into clear, structured, and actionable deliverables, including business requirements, user stories, process flows, and data models using tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Own requirements clarity and ensure readiness for development by defining complete, consistent, and testable requirements.
• Drive stakeholder alignment and proactively resolve ambiguities, gaps, and conflicting requirements.
• Evaluate solution options and ensure alignment with client needs, system constraints, and integration requirements.
• Work closely with engineering and integration teams to define and support system integrations, APIs, and data flows across fintech and banking systems.
• Support delivery within assigned projects by ensuring requirements readiness, stakeholder alignment, and timely resolution of dependencies impacting development and testing.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities by defining acceptance criteria, validating requirements, and ensuring delivered solutions meet business expectations.
• Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to enhancing solution effectiveness and delivery efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in MIS, CCE, Computer Science or any other related field.
• Minimum 5-7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst role or similar one.
• Previous experience using Jira is required.
• Strong experience working in Agile environments, including backlog management, sprint planning, and stakeholder alignment.
• Strong experience in requirements elicitation, process modeling, and solution design.
• Proven ability to operate in client-facing roles and manage stakeholders in complex and ambiguous environments.
• Experience in analyzing data to draw business-relevant conclusions and in data visualization techniques and tools.
• Familiarity with compliance driven requirements.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
