Hishabee is dedicated to empowering MSMEs with innovative digital solutions that enable them to grow and thrive. We are seeking an experienced Senior Growth Marketer to lead impactful marketing initiatives, optimize user engagement, and refine our app-based marketing strategies.

We are seeking a talented and driven Senior Growth Marketer to join our dynamic team in Dhaka, Bangladesh. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative growth strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention across our digital platforms.

The key outcomes for this role include:

1. High-Quality Lead Generation: 

  •  Develop and execute strategies to deliver consistent, high-quality leads for the sales team.
  •  Use advanced analytics and targeting to optimize lead generation and conversion rates.

2. App Activation, Conversions & Retention: 

  •   Drive improvements in app activation, user engagement, and retention through data-informed strategies.
  •   Optimize acquisition and retention funnels for maximum ROI.

3. In-App Events, Journey & Engagement: 

  •  Analyze in-app events to uncover user behavior insights and inform growth strategies.
  •  Design and execute personalized in-app user journeys to improve engagement and long-term user retention.

4. App Attribution, Analytics & Marketing Technology: 

  • Manage and optimize the app attribution tool, Singular, and utilize data to track acquisition effectiveness.
  •  Experience with other attribution tools like Adjust or AppsFlyer is also valuable.
  •  Leverage advanced analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel) to track and improve key performance metrics.
  • Implement and manage marketing technology solutions to support efficient campaign execution and measurement.

5. Market Positioning & Customer Segmentation: 

  •  Identify and refine the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) through customer data and segmentation analysis.
  •  Enhance Hishabee's market positioning by aligning marketing strategies with   user needs and market trends.

6. Funnel Creation & Optimization: 

  • Build and continuously refine marketing funnels to improve performance across all stages of the customer journey.
  •  Align app-related marketing efforts with broader company goals and campaigns.

7 . Key Responsibilities:

  •  Lead growth marketing campaigns across digital platforms and app-specific channels (Google Ads, Facebook, TikTok, etc.).
  • Use data to continuously optimize campaigns and improve ROI.
  • Conduct A/B testing on messaging, creatives, and campaign strategies.
  • Build and maintain dashboards to track and report on marketing and app performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing, product, and sales objectives.
  •  Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and emerging tools to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications

  1. Experience: 5+ years in growth marketing, with at least 2 years in a senior role.
  2. Strong background in-app marketing, attribution, and in-app engagement strategies.
  3. Proficiency in attribution tools (experience with Singular is a plus) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google
  4. Analytics, Mixpanel, Adjust, or AppsFlyer).
  5. Proven success in developing and optimizing marketing funnels for lead generation and user retention.
  6. Deep understanding of marketing technologies and how to implement them effectively.
  7. Exceptional ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  8. Excellent communication and leadership skills to work across teams and lead initiatives.
