Senior IT Lawyer

We’re looking for a Senior IT Lawyer who thrives at the intersection of law and business. From cross-border agreements and investment projects to IP, you’ll navigate complex legal challenges and turn them into practical solutions. 
  
As a Senior IT Lawyer, you will play a key role in safeguarding our business by drafting and reviewing agreements, advising on IP and guiding investment activities. You’ll work closely with the Sales department and others during negotiations to ensure that contracts serve both legal standards and business goals. 
  
If you are detail-oriented, confident in international legal frameworks, and fluent in English, this position is waiting for you. 

• Provide legal support for the company’s operations in several jurisdictions 
• Provide legal support for investment activities 
• Draft and review all types of agreements, NDAs, and other legal documents 
• Advise on IP- and personal data-related matters 
• Assist Sales and other departments during the negotiation phase concerning contracts and approval phases of contracts with clients, partners, and suppliers 
• Research and evaluate different risk factors regarding business decisions and operations 

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in law 
• Proven track record and 5 years of experience in a similar role (preferably in IT) 
• Solid experience in commercial and civil law, including client agreements, tenders, and legal support of investments 
• Expertise in IP law 
• Detail-oriented mindset 
• At least an Upper-Intermediate level of English
