Responsiblities

  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid ad campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Apple Search Ads.
  • Monitor campaign budgets, KPIs, and performance against goals.
  • Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies.
  • Gather, clean, and analyze campaign data to identify insights and opportunities.
  • Prepare clear, actionable performance reports for internal teams and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the creative and product teams to align ad strategies with user acquisition goals.
  • Stay up-to-date with platform changes, trends, and best practices in performance marketing.

    • Requirements

  • 5 years of hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, or Apple Search Ads.
  • Strong skills in data gathering, analysis, and reporting (Excel/Google Sheets, Data Studio, or similar tools).
  • Understanding of performance marketing metrics (CTR, CVR, CPI, CAC, ROAS, ARPU ).
  • Basic knowledge of audience targeting, keyword strategy, and attribution models.
  • Good experience and knowledge of analytics platforms (Firebase, Appsflyer, Google Analytics, etc,).
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
