Service Engineer

1. Conduct maintenance and repairs on AWP/EWP and Material Handling products, both in the field and in the workshop.
2. Address warranty issues promptly and communicate effectively about any repair limitations.
3. Travel as necessary to various sites to support our AWP/EWP customer base throughout the region.
4. Provide feedback on product improvements and design changes for products and services.
5. Be prepared to travel internationally to support business operations in other Southeast Asian countries, ensuring consistent service standards and customer satisfaction across the regional market.

Requirements

- Basic knowledge of mechanical systems, machinery, or a related field

- Hands-on ability and a willingness to troubleshoot and solve problems

- Good communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude

- Comfortable working on-site and supporting customers with equipment installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and service

- Previous field service experience is a plus, but not required

- Open to candidates with little or no relevant experience.
