The Sous Chef - position will suit an experienced Jnr Sous chef or existing Sous chef who is passionate about food and shows flair and imagination. This Restaurant has an excellent reputation in the local area and beyond.

They are looking for a Chef who has experience and a good all rounder who can work on all sections to a very high standard, whilst also run the kitchen in the head chef’s absence
