About the role:

As a Customer Service Representative, you will:

• Work with internal systems and online tools

Requirements

What we’re looking for:

• Fluency in Spanish and a good level of ** English**
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Basic computer skills
• A customer-oriented mindset with attention to detail
• Previous experience in customer support or related fields is a plus – but not required!
