Specialist, Performance Marketing
AI Summary
A specialist executes and optimises performance marketing campaigns across paid social (Meta, Pinterest, TikTok) and paid search (Google), handling setup, QA, budget pacing, reporting, and testing under guidance.
About this role
We're rethinking how homes work for the way people actually live, and we'd love a Specialist, Performance Marketing to join our Growth Acquisition team to help bring that vision to life, one campaign at a time.
In this role, you will work closely with our Senior Specialist, Performance Marketing to turn strategy into running campaigns across paid social (Meta, Pinterest, TikTok) and paid search (Google), owning the execution details—clean data, sharp QA, on-time launches—that make the bigger plan work, while building toward owning channels of your own.
What you'll be doing:
- Bring campaigns to life across your assigned channels, covering audience setup, creative uploads, tracking and QA, with guidance from the Senior Specialist.
- Monitor budget pacing day to day and escalate early when something looks off or like an opportunity worth chasing.
- Put agreed optimisation plans into action, from bid tweaks and budget shifts to audience refreshes and creative rotations.
- Help run structured creative and campaign tests by setting them up, tracking results, and pulling findings together for the Senior Specialist to act on.
- Support weekly and monthly performance reporting across spend, revenue, ROAS, CPA and funnel metrics, keeping it clean, accurate and up to date.
- Contribute to campaign, audience and creative-level deep-dives by pulling and organising the underlying data.
- Work with the creative and category team on asset requests and briefs, and support platform partner needs across Google, Meta, Pinterest and TikTok.
- Keep tabs on competitor activity and platform updates and flag anything worth knowing.
What you need to succeed:
- 1–3 years of hands-on experience running performance marketing campaigns, with real time spent on Meta or Google Ads.
- Exposure to another channel such as Pinterest, TikTok or programmatic is a plus.
- A genuine interest in e-commerce or DTC performance marketing, with a solid grasp of the funnel from awareness through to conversion.
- Comfortable in GA4, Looker Studio or platform-native reporting to pull and organise data.
- An eye for detail—you catch the typo before it goes live and don't need chasing to finish a QA checklist.
- Coachable and clear in how you communicate, with a genuine customer-centric mindset.
