Job Overview:

We are looking for a Hygiene Supervisor to join our start-up team! This role is critical to maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in our facility, ensuring a safe and efficient working environment.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Supervision:
• Manage and supervise a team of 9 workers responsible for hygiene and cleaning tasks.
2. Hygiene Checks:
• Ensure workers comply with personal hygiene and cleanliness standards.
• Conduct regular checks to ensure the facility is clean and organized.
3. Facility Maintenance:
• Oversee cleaning and sanitation of the waste area, ensuring it meets hygiene standards.
• Ensure all equipment and workspaces are thoroughly cleaned and ready for the next shift.
4. Shift Handover:
• Ensure the facility is in excellent condition at the end of the shift for a smooth handover to the next team.

Job Requirements:

• Experience: At least 6 months to 1 year in a similar role or hygiene-related position.
• Skills:
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to supervise and motivate a team effectively.
• Knowledge of hygiene standards and cleaning procedures.
• Location: Must be based in 10th of Ramadan, Zagazig, or Belbeis.
