Role: Retail Store Manager – IQOS
Location: Westfield White City, London
Salary: £36,500 to £40,000
Contract: Permanent
Hours: 40 hours per week

The Role: Store Manager

We’re looking for an experienced leader who can inspire a team, drive operational excellence, and deliver outstanding store performance. If you excel at coaching, motivating, and developing staff while achieving ambitious sales targets, this is the role for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, coach, and develop a retail team, setting clear performance expectations and delivering ongoing feedback

• Drive sales performance and ensure the store achieves or exceeds targets

• Oversee all operational aspects of the store including stock management, reporting, cash handling, and opening/closing procedures

• Implement strategies to improve store efficiency, customer experience, and team engagement

• Maintain high product knowledge and ensure your team is fully trained and confident in communicating IQOS features

• Adhere to all compliance guidelines within regulated sector

• Excels at leading, motivating, and developing a high-performing team

• Is results-driven and accountable for achieving store targets

• Has strong operational knowledge and experience managing all aspects of a retail

• Demonstrates strategic thinking and problem-solving skills

• Is customer-focused, enthusiastic, and passionate about delivering excellence

• Builds strong relationships with team members and stakeholders
