Supervisor AV Engineering (Convention) | AYANA BALI

We are looking for a Supervisor Engineering who is highly motivated to work with our Engineering team at the finest 5-star luxury resort in Bali.

Responsibilities

*   Configure and maintain network-based AV systems 
*   Preventive maintenance
*   Inspect inventory and reorder materials and technical components
*   Support troubleshooting during live events or critical operations
*   Maintain records and assist to complete request from guest with system provide by the management 

Requirements

*   Minimum of 2 years experience in the same position in a large luxury resort.
*   Solid understanding of AV signal flow, system integration, and troubleshooting
*   Strong technical skills in Audio Visual systems, Mechanical & Electrical Engineer 
*   Familiar with network devices such as managed switches, routers, and access points 
*   Good knowledge of IT fundamentals, especially IP networking
*   Strong skills Lighting And Multimedia 
*   Has strong follow-up skills, great sense or urgency to prioritize work and perform well under pressure.
*   Good communication skills and ability to coordinate with vendors, and operational teams 
*   Ability to collaborate and remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment
*   Bachelor Degree in Engineering or other relevant fields
