Supply Chain Management Specialist

Position Responsibility：

1. LSP management: coordinate with logistics service provider (warehouse and transportation) to fulfill customer’s delivery requirement
2. Lead time management: shorten the overall transit time from customer’s order released to destination warehouse, drive improving.
3. Quality management: Monitor the process of order release, warehouse operation, transportation. To solve or coordinate unexpected issues to make sure goods arrive at destination with good quality.
4. Dynamic capacity management: Adjust warehouse and transportation capability based on demand forecast. Analyze and improve warehouse workflow, choose transportation solution and network based on market resource.
5. Cost management: Manage to decrease transportation total cost and accessional charges.

Required professional skills

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking for candidates with the following qualifications:

1. Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel/Word/PPT and other office software, able to use data analysis tools such as Power BI is a plus.
2. Have a strong sense of responsibility, work proactively, pay attention to details, and have good communication and coordination skills.
3. Fluent English is a must! Chinese or Hungarian is a plus.
