Key Responsibilities:

1. Procurement Strategy & Planning

• Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with organizational goals and budgets.
• Analyze spending patterns and market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Forecast procurement needs and establish sourcing plans.

2. Vendor & Supplier Management

• Identify, evaluate, and develop relationships with suppliers and vendors.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to achieve favorable agreements.
• Monitor supplier performance and conduct periodic audits to ensure compliance with quality standards.

3. Cost Management & Budget Control

• Optimize procurement costs without compromising quality and service.
• Implement cost reduction programs through strategic sourcing and process improvements.
• Manage procurement budget and ensure adherence to financial targets.

4. Compliance & Risk Management

• Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and ethical standards.
• Mitigate risks related to supplier reliability, quality, and geopolitical issues.
• Maintain proper documentation for all procurement activities.

5. Process & Technology Optimization

• Implement best practices and procurement processes for efficiency and transparency.
• Leverage ERP systems, e-procurement platforms, and analytics tools to streamline operations.
• Drive digital transformation and automation initiatives in procurement.

6. Leadership & Team Management

• Lead, mentor, and develop the procurement team to achieve organizational objectives.
• Set performance targets and KPIs for procurement staff.
