We are looking for a dynamic and driven Talent Acquisition Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves the art of finding the right people. This is a dynamic role — primarily focused on end-to-end recruitment , with a hands-on involvement in core HR activities.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment across mid to senior-level IT and non-IT roles — from requirement gathering to offer rollout
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and candidate expectations
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and vendor channels
- Screen, assess, and shortlist candidates efficiently while ensuring a great candidate experience throughout
- Drive offer negotiations — balancing candidate expectations with internal compensation structures
- Manage and develop strong relationships with external staffing vendors and recruitment partners; evaluate vendor performance and ensure SLA adherence
- Maintain and update ATS, trackers, and dashboards with real-time hiring data
- Ensure timely closures while maintaining quality of hire
- Support onboarding and joining formalities for new hires
- Assist in employee engagement initiatives and team communications
- Help coordinate and maintain employee records
- Act as a point of contact for basic employee queries and coordinate with relevant HR teams for resolution
What We're Looking For
- 5–7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with at least 2–3 years in IT hiring
- Proven experience in vendor management and stakeholder management
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to close candidates effectively
- Hands-on experience with job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.)
- Good understanding of HR processes and employee lifecycle
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple open positions simultaneously
Good to Have
- Experience working in a product or IT services company
- Exposure to HR tools / ATS platforms
- MBA in HR or relevant certification is a plus
